I am making this thread because I am so fed up with these alleged "open-minded" atheists. Time and time again they show how closed-minded, opinionated, and hateful they really are. They are complete hypocrites and I am going to show a full example of their hypocrisy. I thought I found a new friend and valued member of the forum...I was wrong...ironically, his name was reasoningatheist...

I know he is an anti-theist, but through DMs I thought he was a nice guy. Hell, he posted on the forum and added to it, and I am grateful for that. He came to the forum because it is all about civil and respectful discussion. He even sent a DM to someone saying this...

Hi, yes I can and do occasionally use profanity, but never in a civil discussion, or even in a heated debate. If someone is clearly ignorant or stupid, no matter which side of the debate they're on, I will call them out. I have to admit that some, more than some in fact, discussions on twitter are not respectful, at all, and quickly turn into slanging matches from both sides. Of course there area lot of nutters on twitter also - on both sides. One has only to look for Christian Apologists to find those who have no interest in listening or discussing anything, unless you agree with them.
He sounds like a great guy, and very reasonable, as his name suggests...

Are you fucking serious? I poke fun at him about an ACTUAL conversation with an atheist and he BLOCKED me? He calls Christians "whiny little bitches when they don't get their own way" but blocks me because he can't take a joke...or deal with reality?
This is why people hate atheists. This shows that atheists are hypocrites. Atheists use terms like "reason." What was "reasonable" about this interaction? He calls out Christians for being little bitches but can't take a joke himself...about an actual event!? Atheism isn't about being open-minded, it is about being smarter than everyone else, and anyone that says a single thing against you is stupid. It is about bigotry. I'm a fucking atheist and he blocks me for making a JOKE. How would he ever consider what a Christian has to say?
Sorry, but "atheist" and "reason" do not go hand in hand. Atheism is a truth statement, always has, always will be. It is based on the premise that atheists are just way smarter than everyone else.
I challenge atheists to argue against this interaction.
